Norwalk luxury apartments acquired by GDC Properties

The 597 Westport luxury apartment complex in Norwalk has been sold for $105.9 million, according to commercial brokerage firm CBRE Group, with the buyer a partnership of a Westchester County, N.Y.-based real estate investment firm.
